Much better VIEW, more privacy and larger lot than most houses in the neighborhood. The family room has RADIANT FLOOR HEATING--which has reduced heating bills since installation. The upstairs has 3/4" THICK SOLID HARDWOOD FLOORS installed throughout (except in the bathrooms). In addition, we had attic access added for two attic areas to increase storage capacity. A VERY large bedroom was also divided to provide a mid-sized bedroom and a small office/storage area. Neighborhood Description Extremely courteous, friendly, and keep-to-yourself neighbors. We feel very safe here and it is a great place for kids. In seven years, we have never had any trouble with neighbors. It is a quiet neighborhood mainly of 30-something professionals, dual and single income families.
