Responsible Party: The primary guest is responsible for all members of their group, including children and visitors. Use of Property Residential use only; no commercial or unlawful activities. Guests must follow house rules, keep the property clean and safe, and avoid disturbing neighbors. No smoking or vaping indoors (including marijuana). Indoor smoking may result in cleaning/remediation charges. Occupancy & Access Do not exceed the stated occupancy limit. No subletting or assignment. Owner may access the property for inspections, maintenance, or repairs with reasonable cause. Parking Park only in designated areas as described in the listing or house manual.
