Rent includes washer/dryer on property, Wi-Fi, AC in the bedroom. Includes water & basic electricity (excessive use of the AC will affect your monthly rent.) Twin bed is included in the room rental. Common areas will be shared with a total of 2 tenants. *Single occupant only, preferably a mature FEMALE. * The current tenant is a mature employed female, no drama please. * Must be neat and tidy, this is not a party house. * NO overnight guests allowed. * NO smoking, drinking, drugs and loud noises after 10pm. Street parking is available close to the house, bus route is a short walk away. No pets are allowed; we have dogs on the property so it may not be a good fit if you have allergies.
