House is in excellent condition. It's very cosy with nice layout. The house is on a quiet street that's one block from Mt Tabor park (great place for hikes and run). It's within walking distance from Hawthorne shops and restaurants. There's an unfinished basement which allows plenty of storage space. The detached garage will fit one car with a long driveway for a second car. Will consider small dog or cat on a case-by-case basis. The house will be available for viewing on August 11 and 12 from 10am to 1pm.
