This unit is conveniently located near the 101 and 280 freeways (minutes away) and near several bus routes (T train, 44, 54, 29) for easy commutes. Lease Terms: - No pets, smoking, or drugs - Must be clean and quiet - Rent (MAX 2 people): 1 person = $1600/month with an initial deposit equal to one month's rent (TOTAL = $3200) 2 people = $1650/month with an initial deposit equal to one month's rent (TOTAL = $3300) - Utilities (electric, water, gas, and garbage) will be split among all tenants of the house (upper level and in-law/studio unit) - Must sign at least one-year lease agreement - No application fee but credit/background check is required for all tenants (the applicants are responsible for this fee)
