No smoking or vaping inside home. One small dog permitted and must clean up after dog. A one time refundable damage deposit of $250 for dog, plus a $50 rental fee per month added to lease. There are sometimes other dogs on the property. There is a kennel for dog if needed. There is parking for 2 cars and any additional parking must be off the property, unless cleared by landlord. There is one small room in the ADU that is for the landlord and remains locked.
