For leases of 28 days or more, pricing includes regular cleanings by a professional cleaning staff (kitchen, bathrooms, floors, bed linens, trash removal). --Policies-- ~Check-in time is at 3:00 PM ~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM ~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind. ~Guest must be at least 25 years of age. ~Renter must pass a tenant screening and sign the rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. ~We require a $500 security deposit and a $250 cleaning fee per visit. ~No pets without $125 pet deposit and prior Owner approval. This applies to the renters and all guests. ~No Smoking. This rule applies to the entire premises (inside and outside). $1000 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence of there being smoke in the home, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home.
