I installed a second washer/dryer so we're not in each other's way. Cleared out a lot of storage in the kitchen, common area, and garage. Installed a hot tub and set up the back patio nicely. About Me I have had several roommates and have never had any issues. I have had people move in for several months to several years and everything in between. My last roommate was here for 6 years and just moved out. Male, late 30s and work remotely in the tech industry. Liberal and open-minded. Enjoy the outdoors and traveling (hiking, backpacking, scuba diving etc), board games, playing sports (volleyball, basketball, pickleball etc.) and spending time with friends and family. As a roommate I tend to keep to myself a decent amount, but I am also a social person. I enjoy chatting and the general social aspect of roommates. If I have people over or I am feeling social I'll probably invite you to grab a beer, play games, hot tub etc. What I am looking for I am looking for responsible, clean, quiet, communicative and respectful adults. I do sometimes host a few friends for board games, bbq or hot tub and occasionally host larger get-togethers. You should feel free to do the same. This is not a party house, but please use and enjoy the space! I've never had any issues or had to make any house rules of any kind. I prefer that we all just do our thing and have a conversation if any issues arise. The rooms are available immediately, but I am not in a huge hurry - a good fit is the most important thing to me.
