Great little house located 3 blocks up from the University, an easy walk to University Blvd, and a short bike ride away from 4th Avenue.I am looking to find someone, female and under age 25, to take over my spot on the lease from ASAP to July 31st, 2014. The location is prime for those attending the UofA as the house is about 3 blocks up from Speedway, and you can see Eller from the front porch.I have 2 (F) roommates who are very responsible at both their jobs and their school work. One attends Eller as an Accounting major and the other is seeking a degree in Spanish. They are very social when it comes to meeting new people but know to be serious when it's time to do HW or to get ready for work the next day.As mentioned before, the house is a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom house, it has no yard except for the parking area. Our landlord doesn't allow pets. There is central A/C and heat, parking on site, and community laundry. Though the location is great and the rent is well worth it, the house is super tiny, I believe smaller than 800 sq. feet but we all make it work!The rent is $330 per month, in addition to split utilities: electricity, water, gas, and internet. In all I pay about $400, give or take a few dollars, every month for everything.As all renting situations go, you'll have to meet with my landlord and I to sign a lease and confirm that you will be taking my spot. A deposit will have to be paid of $495. And if you choose to want to live there in the fall, that deposit will roll over. You'll also need a cosigner- so a parent or friend over 25 who has good credit (Just as a backup in case you can't pay rent for any reason).
