Additional storage available for boats, jet skis, trailers, RV's, work equipment, etc... for additional monthly fee. We would love to find a awesome handyman or handywoman to help out with our many projects on our 80 acres in exchange for monthly rent but it's not required. After you view and fall in love with the property, a rental application along with a background check ($50 fee per person), and current photo ID are required. Our standard Arizona lease agreement is month-to-month with long term considered. Outdoor smoking is allowed.
