This home faces green space (small park) and in the back there are no neighbors as well as it backs up to a green belt and forest. Dupont has small yards typically. Quick access to the commercial area of Dupont, restaurants, running trails, parks and scenic views. We moved here for the benefits for kids and the surrounding safety of the community. There is a Dupont police force, new schools as part of the best school district in the area (Steilacoom), post office, banks, Starbucks and on and on. The home is situated near the backside of the suburban area of Dupont with great privacy and trees surrounding. The regulations of the HOA keep the lawns and homes nice and appealing to those who live there (we pay the HOA fees). This home is also one of the largest in the neighborhood and can comfortably accommodate 4-5 person families (has actually 5 bedrooms and 5th one is off of the master and meant for a baby or we used as an office). Even has a walk in closet for this 5th room! Comes outfitted with ALL appliances and these are all between 1-4 years old and in excellent condition. You will not find a better deal in Dupont and for a home of this size. We are looking for dependable renters who will take care of the place and keep up with the lawn and appeal of the neighborhood. As a result we are willing to take 25$ a month if tenants sign a two year lease (i.e., 2 yr lease = 1950/mo rent) with good credit history. We are willing to take this lowered rent to military to maintain the home as one day we plan to return (but not anytime soon unfortunately!)
