The Grasslands border this property on the East and North. Wildlife & Hunting: Property is in the TPWD's Managed Lands Deer Program. This program benefits whitetail deer management through a longer hunting season and more flexible bag limits. A good population of Rio Grande Turkey has been established and is thriving.
