Laundry access provided in the big house. Studio has complete kitchen with full-size oven and stove. Studio is a block away from bus stop and close to downtown. I live in the big house with other roommates. We are all teachers or nurses. Parking available on street. I have just ordered a new closet for the studio that I will be setting up this week so you will have more space for clothes. Owner pays for all utilities except for electric. Electric is mostly covered by solar panels, but once in a while if usage is high, there will be a bill.
