House is as-is. Bathroom fixtures and flooring were upgraded, as was flooring in living room and half of kitchen. Due to a sudden job change out of state, I was unable to finish the remodel process, so there is some slight demo work (pictures will be available soon upon request), which include the rest of the flooring in the kitchen, cabinetry and the bathroom ceiling needing sanded down/painted.
