No smoking inside the house. 12 beds in 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. All persons in your party, regardless of age, must be included in the booking numbers. All persons entering the property must have approval from the host prior to booking. Every person staying in your group must be included in the guest numbers. All persons entering the property are guests, regardless of overnight or not. Part of the reason for this is for safety and liability. We do not allow guests to sub-host for events or parties for more people not included the reservation. The house is family/child friendly, however it is not child-proof. Supervised children are welcome! Pets are welcomed! Inquire about pet fee prior to booking. Dog owners must walk their dogs off property, and clean any mess left from pets immediately. Adhering to these rules help encourage the tolerance of pets in host and rental practices, as well as enjoyment of the property for future guests. -Beds and sleeping arrangements are set up based on the number of guests, couples, and individuals. The number of overnight guests can be adjusted one day prior to the day of check-in arrival. -Extra cleaning charges may be charged for departure cleaning at the end of the Rental Term. If the condition of the property requires extra cleaning or guests requests extra cleaning services, guests shall be responsible for the cost of such cleaning. Generally the cleaning fee of the listing is for basic house cleaning turnover for new guests, IE: Floor maintenance, bathroom spritzing and sanitizing, linen turndown service. All guests and groups are responsible for cleaning any mess made with reasonable efforts. Otherwise, extra cleaning fees will ensue. -Reasonable Use Guest agrees that he/she and the members of his/her party shall conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb the neighbors` peaceful enjoyment of their properties, and that any consequences of their inability to do so shall be Guest sole responsibility. With respect to our neighbors, please bring outdoor noise inside to a courteous level after 10pm weekdays, 12am Fridays & Saturdays. Guest agrees that he/she and the members of his/her party shall conduct at one's own risk. Guests shall not make or suffer any alterations to the Property. *Illegal activity on the property is prohibited. Offering business activities from the rental space are not allowed. All persons entering the property must have approval from the host prior to booking. Violation of this clause will result in immediate loss of lease and forfeiture of the premises. -Request to Vacate- In the event of a very rare case, Guest will be required to vacate the Premises immediately upon violation of these House Rules, with or without warning, and Guest shall not receive a refund of any money for the time remaining in the reservation, nor will the Host be responsible for locating alternative accommodations for Guest. COVID-19 Hold Harmless The property and Owner are not liable to any occupant of property, including Guest and Guest's party, during this stay. Guests of this property agree to indemnify and hold 1524 S 17th st. Philadelphia PA. and Owner harmless from any exposure/transmission of virus during Guests' stay.
