    What's special

    I am looking for a housemate for my three-bedroom house. I have one room that is currently available. The room is approximately 10 x 10 ft for $900 per month + $900 security deposit. Utilities (PG&E, water, garbage, internet) will be split monthly between myself and the tenants. Common areas (living room, hallway, front and back yards, garage, kitchen) are open to everyone. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. The house is located in the San Lorenzo village, in a quiet and safe neighborhood near Arroyo High School. The house is within walking distance of the Arroyo shopping center. The Greenhouse shopping center, San Lorenzo Plaza, and Wal-Mart are five minutes away driving. 10 minutes from Bayfair BART. Also, near the Bay Trail and San Lorenzo Duck Pond for easily accessed outdoor areas. I am in my early 30s with my dog, but I can not have other pets in the house. I work at a professional level job during the week. I am looking to fill the room with a polite, respectful, and responsible person, either other professionals or students. Outside smoking is permitted.
