We have a fully furnished basement apartment for rent. If you want to bring your own linens, kitchen items and small personal items, this is ok,however the main furniture is fixed. All utilities (minus telephone), internet, and bi weekly cleaning included. Private garage parking with stairs leading to a private entrance to the unit. We live upstairs so there is some noise transfer but it's minimal. We did add soundproofing insulation between floors to reduce noise as much as possible. Rent includes all utilities and the use of a single car garage
