If you apply and are approved, but the property you applied for is not available, and you cannot find another home you would like to rent from us, we will refund your application fee. PET POLICY: It is free to register and explains our policies and pricing in relation to having a pet at our properties. Unless otherwise stated: A $250 non-refundable fee will be charged at move-in for each pet that will be living at the premises. Additionally, pet rent is $25/mo. If an unauthorized pet is found in the property, penalties or fines may be assessed in addition to the $250 non-refundable fee per pet (Refer to your lease for details). Any pet that is not kept in a cage or aquarium full time will be subject to pet policy and fees. Non-household animals are not permitted without the written permission of the landlord. Support and/or assistance animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, will not be subject to the pet policy.
