One room is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, desk with chair, and a closet. Another room for rent is unfurnished. There is access to a shared bathroom with 1 other roommate. The house is a clean and comfortable one story located in the M section of Rohnert Park. Walking distance to parks, tennis courts, Sonoma State University and the Wolf Den Plaza. My golden retriever and I are currently the only ones living here right now. I just graduated from nursing school and I work at a skilled nursing facility. A good fit for this house would be someone quiet, respectful, and cleans up after themselves/leaves spaces like they found them. Fellow students or young professionals have worked well in the past. Typical lease periods are on a 6 month basis, however can be arranged as needed with landlord.
