This house has been an amazing place to live, however I have to relocate to San Jose. This house is a large 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a spacious yard. Your room would have an attached bathroom with a large spa type tub. The room is also equipped with directv with NFL Sunday ticket (included in rent). The room is furnished with a queen sized bed and a dresser. Your roommates would be Adam and Angelo. Adam is an adult with a mental disability and is active with his staff for most of the day. What is most important about the living situation is that it is a suitable environment for Adam, Angelo, the staff, and yourself. The house also comes with a dog and cat that would be no added responsibility to you. This place is a nice, quiet house with very accommodating land lords. I am looking for someone to take over the lease from February until the summer.
