This is a great living space whether you are on your own, with a partner, or with the entire family. This is an attached ADU and does have a couple in their 40s living in the main part of the house. They are very active, respectful and quiet. They also have a dog (Rhodesian Ridgeback) that lives with them and uses the backyard for playing. A $1000 deposit will be collected for holding the place as soon as the lease contract is signed. Pets are very welcome, but there will be an extra $50/m per pet.
