It is a large (1000 sq ft), beautiful apartment, that has recently just been renovated. Being on the 2nd floor means it gets nicer natural light, in addition to all new modern new lighting. There is a large (17x12) living room. The primary bedroom is extra-large (12 x 24). The 2nd bedroom is a typical 9x7 room, while the third bedroom is 8.5x8.5. The kitchen has all new cabinets providing lots of storage plus there is a small pantry. In addition, there is a formal dining room area that is 10 x12, this room can be used in any way that you want: a beautiful dining room with lots of light, an office, pool room etc. The apartment has refinished hardwood floors and lots of closet space. There is a nice patio in back with a gas grill. Garage parking is available for a one space per apartment. however, street parking is not difficult. There is FREE laundry available in basement for tenants only! There is a cute little playground with a small field right across the street.
