Welcome to The Cove! Our community is operated under the LIHTC Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. The program is designed to assist with the housing needs of moderate-income households. The Cove requires that all applicants meet qualifying criteria established by the government and the standards of the managing agent. Applicants with Section 8 vouchers are encouraged to apply. Both minimum AND maximum income limits apply. Income and rent limits are published annually by HUD.
