Hello! We are looking for subleasers until May of 2022. Lease is subject to renewal based on landlord choice. This is a nice house close to downtown traverse, but still feels secluded due to it being surrounded by woods and at the end of a cul-de-sac. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. There is a no pet policy, though we were able to get a cat after a year of renting. No dogs allowed. No smoking.
