We found this home 8 years ago when my oldest daughter was a junior at MSU. We bought the home since it is in a nice, safe neighborhood close to campus, walking distance to Delaware Elementary, churches, shopping etc. It has a great floor plan for a family, young professionals to share a first home or an investment for student housing. Since that day all 3 of our kids have now lived in the home with their friends and all graduated from MSU - My youngest graduates tomorrow 12/16/2016 ! We have enjoyed a few celebrations in this home and I'm sure there have been a party or two along the way. It is a great home structurally and systems wise. Since we have owned it we have put in a new water heater, added extra insulation in the attic for energy efficiency and painted the exterior a few years back. This year we put in new carpet in all the bedrooms, study and stairway; new high end vinyl in the kitchen and dining room. We gave the inside a fresh coat of paint; installed a brand new 100,000 BTU Furnace and a brand new 3.5 ton AC system: New SS sink in the kitchen; new sink faucet & mirror in bathroom #2; a new garage door opener and made sure everything is working properly.
