House has new central heat and air where thermostat can be controlled by wifi when away from the home. The appliances included are newer Refridgerator and stove as well as older dishwasher. There are washer and dryer hook ups in the bathroom. All utilities are included as well as front and back yard surveillance cameras and grass will be cut weekly during the summer months. House is located in the back of our property but there is a private drive for the rental home. After repairs are done the rent will be $900 a month. Landlord pays electric, water and internet. However internet may need to be purchased separately due to connection lagging when it's used for watching movies, etc. internet is connected through WiFi so it's not 100% all the time.
