Bright airy room in 2 bath, 4 bedroom unit. Share a bathroom with male tenant. Full kitchen with gas stove, microwave, garbage disposal, stainless steel refrigerator and dish washer. Large yard with fire pit, gazebo, pond, hiking trails. $40 for utilities. Zillow shows a "one time fee", which I guess is the security deposit. There are no "one time fees". We will only be considering those who can move in December 22nd. Current roommates are 2 male professionals, agees 29 and 25 and a 25 year old female student. Month to month
