In 2018 we added a new asphalt shingle roof, a new 12x20 deck with covering. Updated kitchen cabinets, wood floor throughout the upstairs and repainted all 1440 square feet of the upstairs. Added vinyl railing to the front porch as well. This house is now solar powered and new windows have just been installed on all the 9 upstair windows. We have also added a metal 2-car garage to the property in 2020.
