We are looking for someone to occupy 1 bedroom ADU starting May 1st. This is a detached ADU with a living room, bedroom and a separate bathroom. The ADU has a private entry and exit. The ADU is furnished, including a refrigerator. You are more than welcome to get any other furniture you like. There is washer and dryer available too. There is ample of street parking. The neighborhood is really safe and peaceful. The ADU is close to cafes, bars, grocery store, restaurants, shopping mall, including Costco, and Walmart. This place just few mins away from Warner bro, Universal studio, Disney studio and Hollywood blvd. Burbank downtown and Burbank Airport is 5 mins away. The train station is close as well. We both are friendly, respectful, clean and loves cooking. We are looking for someone who is clean & respectful. The utilities includes gas, electricity, internet, trash sewage, and water.
