The neighborhood is really safe and peaceful. The ADU is close to cafes, bars, grocery store, restaurants, shopping mall, including Costco, and Walmart. This place just few mins away from Warner bro, Universal studio, Disney studio and Hollywood blvd. Burbank downtown and Burbank Airport is 5 mins away. The train station is close as well. We both are friendly, respectful, clean and loves cooking. We are looking for someone who is clean & respectful. The utilities includes gas, electricity, internet, trash sewage, and water. Move in deposit is $1800. Month to Month lease is available. Please DM for more information. This cross street is Burbank Blvd and Hollywood Way. P.S: No pets & no smoking. Owner pays for the water, wifi, gas and electricity. $100 fixed utilities will be charged every month.
