There is currently a tv, desk, pull-out couch, treadmill, and queen bed down there you are welcome to use and a dresser. If not I can move them elsewhere. There is a 2 car garage and street parking. There is a free Iowa city bus that goes to the hospital and I have a Finkbine pass if you're interested in carpooling. I am currently a D3 dental student and I have a golden retriever if you have any other questions feel free to reach out.
