I got the best unit they had. All our properties have a high standard. The only thing you'll need to do in about 5 to 10 years is the roof. It's not needed right now (there's no leak at all) It's the one thing I didn't do "brand new" when I got this house 2 years ago. It's been a profitable Airbnb for me, however, just not as profitable as I had hoped. I think the market got too saturated.
