It's a two-floor, 3-bedroom/1.5-bathroom apartment in Downtown Hoboken (1st & Bloomfield) - 5 5-minute walk from the PATH. The available room will be upstairs. The monthly rent is $1,350/month, EXCLUDING utilities. Utilities include internet (~$26/person), electric/gas (~$42/person). We are both very chill, clean & respectful and would like our new housemate to be the same!
