Should you have any questions related to any updates to the property I would be happy to answer them for you. The roof was replaced/repaired a year ago and we are generally ok with tenants doing upgrades or adding things in addition to what we've done provided they talk to us first before doing it. There will be a lease written up to go over should you decide to rent from us but the highlights are as follows. There are no pet fees as I do not believe in them, If you have pets that's fine however there will be a clause in the lease stating that if there is any pet damage to the house, the tenant is responsible for paying for said damages. You will have to provide your own laundry facilities as there is no washer and or dryer. There are however hookups for said appliances. I believe a refrigerator will also be needed as the current tenants will likely be taking theirs with them upon moving. Rent does not include utilities. Tenants are responsible for utilities. Because the house is located in the borough of Chambersburg the utilities must be paid through the borough.
