A new pool liner, and lighting was installed in 2015. The pool was also converted to a saltwater system in 2015. A walkway leads to the limestone front stoop and replaced the front door. The gracious entry opens to a great room and kitchen that overlooks a stunning 3-season room boasting walls of glass that overlook a beautiful pool and wonderfully fenced in backyard with fabulous plantings. Some of the features and changes to note: the main living area was professionally remodeled by Sweeney Construction. This new space features cabinets by Cabinets Galore (real wood interiors) with dovetail joints and soft close hardware, solid surface counters, ample task lighting, under cabinet lighting, and a steel gray Kitchen Aide appliance package. The oversized island has storage on the task side and additional storage on the ‘fun’ side. The functional design of the kitchen remodel was extended into the dining room with the same cabinetry and glass fronts, solid surface counters, bar sink, and beverage refrigerator. Just past the kitchen is the oversized laundry area which also serves as easy access for a bathroom and changing area for pool goers. Do not worry-there is plenty of space left over for laundry duty!
