Y’all, I can’t even…This house is absolutely perfect & I don’t say that lightly. The exterior was painted in a fabulous almost-navy blue in 2016, great looking shutters, too-this is curb appeal off the charts! The inside & outside heating & air units were replaced in 2019. They wisely replaced kitchen floor with tile & there are some open shelves in the kitchen-so on point with current trends. They replaced laminate in the living room & hallway with bamboo hardwood & yall, there was carpet in the dining room!! Thank goodness they replaced it with bamboo hardwood, as well. Whew!! Brand new carpet in all the bedrooms this year-it’s neutral & so fresh & clean! The rooms are very spacious & I’ve never seen a Master Bedroom like this in a garden home, EVER! (& 27 years is a long time!), it’s so large & has an alcove for a reading nook, sitting area or a home office spot. The patio overlooks the private backyard perfect for the kids & pets & a good place for a corn hole tournament, too!
