Washer and dryer in the (unfinished) basement, gas stove, and gas fireplace. In addition, there is no shortage of storage whether that be the basement or in the garage. I've lived in the house for about five years now with my two well behaved dogs and cat. I'm a clean and quiet young professional, working locally. Rent is $1000 a month with everything included.
