The Crow's Nest Chalet is in the peaceful rural area of Hendersonville NC. A great place to come home to after a long day at work or a seasonal retreat to enjoy the mountains and the area. Great winter views from the windows and summer is less. Nice area to walk or ride a bike. Close to wine vineyards and u-pick apple, peach and blackberry orchards. Close to Chimney Rock, Lake Lure , Flat Rock, and Asheville. Close to the following hospitals: Pardee, Advent and Mission. The chalet is fully furnished ready to step in and go about your business. The living space is all your own - not shared and the laundry is shared space. Utilities are included but adjusted for summer and winter. Internet provided. This is a mid term rental. Preferred up to 3 months but up to 6 months and then month to month depending. Pet is allowed for a none refundable fee and then so much per month to be determined. Pet must be approved. Owner pays for water, electric within reason, and internet. Trash pick up to be negotiated. No smoking, vaping or e-cigaretes by renter or guest. No personal furniture allowed.
