There is a large front and back yard and plenty of space for parking. The two other tenants are female and incoming graduate students and are looking for another young female professional/graduate student! One of the tenants has a very well-behaved (and pet-friendly) large dog so you must like pets! The landlord is open to pets but they need to be deemed service or emotional support. Please contact if interested! Lease will be from Aug. 2025 to July 2026. Security deposit is $700 (the same as rent) and rent is due at the beginning of each month. Utilities are split three ways and the cost fluctuates month by month (based on the resources used). Pets are welcome but need to be deemed service or emotional support and MUST get along with other pets and people.
