The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or furnishings resulting from negligence or willful destruction. Owners reserves the right to enter the premises for the purposes of inspecting for damage, repairs or maintenance. Occasionally home equipment malfunctions and cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time. Problems will be handled in a timely and professional manner. The rental rate cannot be adjusted due to malfunction of equipment.
