We have been living in this unit since 2016. Bought a new house not too far from the neighborhood (same zip code). That is why decided to rent our beautiful place. Great neighborhood. Easy access to public transportations. Close to some nice hiking around like Wonderland Lake, Anne White trail, Front Range, etc. Walking distance to several restaurants, coffee shops, Upslope brewery, BoCo Cider and BookCliff Winehouse within the Holiday Neighborhood.
