Wi-Fi Access - A secure, high-speed, Wi-Fi is available for the tenant. Pets - Pets are not allowed in the apartment or property. Smoking - Smoking (any kind) is strictly prohibited on the property including the apartment. - The use of illegal drugs or participating in illegal activities is strictly prohibited on the property. Quiet hours - Quite hours 10pm-6am est. During these hours, please reduce noise to prevent disturbances to other people living in the property. Events and Parties - Events and/or parties are not allowed on the property including the basement apartment. If special accommodation is needed please discuss with the landlord. Weapons and Explosives - Firearms, fireworks, firecrackers, and other explosives are strictly prohibited on the property. Guest Safety and Security - The property is monitored by security cameras and alarm systems. The security cameras are located outside of the house to monitor the front, backyard, and side of the property. - Always lock doors, turn off lights, and switch off and unplug appliances before leaving the apartment. Trash - Please dispose of garbage in a plastic bag within the black wheeled trash can in the backyard. - Please dispose of recyclable materials in a plastic bag within the green wheeled trash can in the backyard. - Note, recycling trash is collected early Monday morning and trash is collected early Monday and Thursday by Prince William County Service Authority.
