More than one pet will result in immediate cancellation without refund. House Rules: No parties or events allowed. Must be 25+ years old to book. Maximum of 8 guests on the property at any time. No unregistered visitors. Extra guests must be pre-approved and prepaid before check-in. Immediate eviction without refund for violations. Parking: Parking for 2 4 vehicles in front of the house. Additional parking available across the street (in front of the fence). No overnight parking at the boat launch or on the street. Trailer parking available at a separate lot (no charge).
