There are actually TWO houses on this property. 15302 and 15306 204th St E, Graham, WA. One mobile home (1,200sqft) with two bedrooms, two baths. The other one is a mobile home (1,800sqft) with three bedrooms and two baths. Zillow does not allow for this and so they lumped it into one house. We have had a large garage built (2016). It has a bay for an RV and an area for two cars. Two large garage doors, one 12 foot tall and the other 8 foot tall. Insulated throughout. The two car garage door had a garage door opener installed in Sept. 2018. The larger home just had a new roof installed and old shingles removed July, 2018. New gutters installed Sept. 2018.
