Vacation condo is within walking distance to grocery stores banks pharmacies retail stores fast food and family dining. Owner pays for trash, sewer, electricity, water, and cable TV service. Lease is subject to an additional 12% sales and rental tax, as required locally, to be paid by tenant. Tenant is also responsible for a non-refundable cleaning fee of $75. Cancellation of a rental within 30 days of the stay or occupancy is subject to a forfeiture of the full deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or more ahead of the stay or occupancy is subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
