Currently, a male Ph.D. student live in the bedroom on the basement floor. We are looking for the tenants to sublease the other two bedrooms on the second floor. The monthly rental for the smaller bedroom is $650, and for the master bedroom is $800. For a tenant leasing the two bedrooms together, we might be able to offer some discount. Thanks. Owners pay for the following utilities: Water, Trash, Sewage, Snow Removal and Lawn Care. The tenant will pay the internet ($25 monthly per person ) and shared electricity bill.
