Owner pays for lawn maintenance. Absolutely no smoking allowed. And pets must be mature and small. I have lived here for 7 years and want someone who will love and care for the house as I have. Any desired alterations or improvements need to be discussed and approved. But you shouldn't want to do anything. The house is in excellent condition.
