Not to mention, you can choose between setting up a standing desk with an included desktop monitor, or, put the office equipment away and make use of four dining chairs to use the desk as a table instead. The full bathroom features bathtub/shower combo, and the kitchen is equipped with full-sized appliances and a thoughtful supply of cooking tools. As a final touch, curated touches art, greenery, and warm lighting make the home feel calm and complete. When you're ready to enjoy Denver's 300+ days of sunshine, head to the shared backyard, outfitted with seating and conversation areas that extend your living room outdoors. Now that the picture is painted, here are a few logistical pieces of info you may find helpful: This home is the primary unit inside of a building that has been split into a triplex. Your entrance on the side of the building is shared with one other unit, and is also the entrance to the share laundry space (featuring large machines in great condition). You will be guaranteed one off-street parking space with your reservation. The space can be accessed by driving into the alley behind the home. Access to the garage and shed are not included in your reservation. The neighborhood: With Sloans Lake practically at your doorstep, you'll have Denvers most famous park as your (other) backyard playground. Walk to Target, King Soopers, Starbucks, and local favorites like The Patio at Sloans or Odell Brewing Co for a meal by the water. Catch a movie at the Alamo Drafthouse just around the corner, or hop on the Perry Street RTD station just a few blocks away. From there, the light rail will take you straight to Union Station or Denver International Airport, making this one of the most transit-friendly spots in the city -- all without sacrificing the peace and charm of a park-centered neighborhood. Quirks of the Home: Your space has been professionally designed, furnished, and maintained to maximize comfort and safety! With that said, it is in the Sloan's Lake neighborhood, which is famous for older brick homes. This particular space is about 640 square feet, and was built in 1925.
