How Much Do I Love This House? Let Me Count The Ways! I love this house to the depth & breadth & height my soul can reach for all its upgrades - the kitchen is loaded with goodies. Granite cntrtops, stnls steel appliances & custom cabinetry to name just a few. I love it for its clean, fresh & move-in condition. It has windows galore bringing in endless light. I love this house for its beautiful & tasteful decor, cozy feel & fantastic layout. I love the updated heating/air system, water htr & theattic fan which makes the entire home so economical . The backyard is truly extraordinary - new gazebo & BBQ, gardens with flowers, fruit & veggies growing everywhere! It's the perfect place to relax, unwind & refresh. I love that it's on a cul-de-sac, which makes it feel as if it were private & exists only for us. The parks nearby, wide streets & suburban lifestyle of living in this community is ideal. Right in the hub of Ventura, yet just 30 minutes to SB & about 1 hour to LA. And the weather- not too hot or too cold (using the air and/or heat is rare!). I love this house for its proximity to the outdoors - beaches, camping, hiking - it's all just outside the door. And though I am leaving this house, I love it with the breath, smiles & tears, of all my life.
