Brand new appliances as well as an electric fireplace. Tenant shall pay a security deposit of $3,000.00, due before occupancy. This deposit will be held to cover damages beyond normal wear and tear and other breaches of this Agreement. Tenant is responsible for paying all utilities, including but not limited to: electricity, water, trash collection, and internet/cable. No pets are allowed without prior written approval from the Landlord. Only pets specifically approved in writing are permitted on the Premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking outdoors must comply with any applicable city or HOA ordinances.
