I need to sublet this apartment from January 2013 until the end of July 2013. It is located near the corner of 16th and Laurel, and located very close to campus (easily walking distance). This apartment is located in the Fort Sanders area, in a quiet apartment building. I will pay for the necessary apartment fees for moving in (subletting fees, cleaning fees).
